From our November customer satisfaction survey we are delighted to say that we achieved a Net Promotor Score of 86% which is considered excellent. A company's Net Promotor Score, or NPS, is based on how likely existing customers are to recommend you to others.
How helpful are our team?
When asked to rate the helpfulness of the IT3000 team out of 5, 100% of participants rated the team as 4 stars or above, with 86% giving the team a full 5 star rating!
