IT3000 is awarded the ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 27001 : 2013 certifications

At IT3000 Limited, we have been awarded the ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 27001 : 2013 certifications by QMS International Ltd. These are internationally recognised certifications for quality and information security and are recognised worldwide, verifying our commitment to deliver a high level of quality and security practices to our customers.

Kathy Ward, Graeme Elmer, David Evans, Sam Walsh

ISO 9001 is recognised worldwide as the international benchmark for quality within an organisation whilst ISO 27001 is recognised as the standard for information security management.

In order to achieve these certifications, we have, as a company, undergone extensive assessments by an accredited third-party to confirm compliance with the Standards. In order to maintain these certifications long term, we will continue to have our processes reviewed each year to verify continued compliance and increase customer confidence.

Harshad Patel, Consultant for QMS International Ltd, commented “IT3000 had already implemented many of the required processes and procedures before I began working with them. It was clear from this, and the commitment from the team during the assessment process, that the whole business was focused on delivering best practices in a range of areas, satisfying many of the high standards laid out by government and industry leaders.”

Graeme Elmer, who performed the stage 2 audits and presented IT3000 with their certifications, added “IT3000 have established policies and procedures that will ensure information assets are protected at all times, throughout the organisation.” Graeme continued, “and the investment in people and training I have seen at IT3000 will help them to ensure they provide an efficient and superior service for their customers, driving continual improvement for years to come”.

If you would like to check the validity of our ISO 27001 certification or find out more about the ISO 27001 principles we follow please get in touch today, we would be delighted to speak with you.
