We have recently become aware of intermittent issues that some customers may experience while utilising Gamma VoIP connectivity or Gamma Horizon. These issues can manifest as disruptions during both outgoing and incoming calls.

Gamma Updates
12.00pm
Gamma have stated that the emergency has been completed successfully and all voice traffic is now being routed via another part of the network. Their engineers have observed no further impact to voice services since this change.
10.54am
Further to the previous update, as part of the work to ensure services remain stable, an emergency change will be carried out at 11am. This change will cause a momentary impact to service however service should restore within a couple of minutes.
10:30am
We are pleased to inform you that services have shown signs of stabilisation since 10:00 AM. However, we want to emphasise that there is still a risk of potential disruptions.
At 12:00 PM, Gamma will issue a further update and we will keep you informed of any developments or changes in the status of the connectivity issues.
