We are here for you
After the Prime Ministers updates on 23rd March and 10th May 2020 we want to reassure you that, regardless of everything that is going on, IT3000 are still here and your support is in safe hands.
Following on from the government’s directive we’re making sure our team are safe by asking them to work from home. But don’t worry, they’ll still be answering the phone as normal and can support you remotely, just as they would from the office.
We are still able to receive deliveries and setup equipment as you need it (subject to stock availability).
To enable us to continue to offer you quality IT support we have made a number of changes to the business over the past few weeks. We have:
- implemented social distancing and remote working measures
- installed new servers and switches in our datacentre to provide additional capacity
- added extra content and functionality to our website
We can continue to work with you to provide any of our usual services, including IT support and project work. We have implemented tools and procedures that allow for virtual Microsoft Teams meetings with our account managers and technical team, can carry out remote site surveys, can support you remotely and have method statements available for working on site at a safe distance.
We will continue to monitor the government guidelines and make improvements and additions to our services, to make sure we are always providing you with the best service possible.
