IT3000 is a UK based Managed Service Provider formed in 2006, with offices in Leicestershire and Dorset.

Security and DBS Checked

As a part of our commitment to our customers all of our staff are security checked and our support engineers are DBS checked; meaning that they can work with vulnerable groups, including children.

SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

Our Service Agreements are designed to meet our customers needs for access, expertise and uptime. We endeavour to provide a trouble free process to maximise the reliability of customers system and investments.

ISO Accredited

We have also been awarded the ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 27001 : 2013 certifications by QMS International Ltd. These are internationally recognised certifications for quality and information security and are recognised worldwide, verifying our commitment to delivering a high level of quality and security practices to all of our customers.

Dedicated Helpdesk

We operate an 8am – 6pm helpdesk from Monday to Friday with readily available out of hours support. Our friendly helpdesk team are only ever a phone call or email away and support customers have access to an online portal where they can view and raise tickets. Having a helpdesk enables us to provide resilient and reliable support and services to our customers.

Remote and Onsite Support

Depending on the issue or project work will be carried out in the most effective and least disruptive manner. Providing both options of support allows us to the best quality support and services whilst ensuring effective time management and reducing interruptions to the end user or business wherever possible. Our midlands and southern locations provide us with excellent transport links, by both car and rail, meaning our engineers can be onsite as soon as they are needed.

Trained Engineers

Our experienced team of engineers keep up to date with the latest technological developments and we provide access to training and certifications, including that offered by Microsoft, to ensure we are always at the forefront of the IT world. As a group our technical team have amassed years working within IT and between them are experts in everything from Microsoft 365 to telephony to networking.

IT3000 was formed in Bournemouth in 2006 and we achieved Microsoft Silver Partner status in our first year.

Our head office in Leicester gives us great coverage across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire and the whole of the East Midlands, whilst enabling us to provide quality IT support for customers located Birmingham, Coventry and London.

Dorset Office

Alternatively our Dorset office gives us great coverage across Dorset, Hampshire and the South Coast and also allows us to work with customers in Oxford, Bristol and South London.
