IT3000 is a UK based Managed Service Provider formed in 2006, with offices in Leicester and Bournemouth. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a personal, efficient service and we are proud to have a strong team of skilled engineers and dedicated account managers who thrive on working closely with customers to ensure they receive the best possible solution for their requirements.

We are a ‘Managed Service Provider’ or MSP. We differ from regular IT Support companies because we think that prevention is definitely better than a cure. Rather than waiting for your server to crash or your hard drive to fail, we will monitor your entire network and fix any issues before they ever become a problem.

We were established in 2006 and since then we’ve worked with everyone from schools to stockbrokers. Our experienced team are up to date with the latest technological developments and will always take the time to recommend a solution that is the right fit for you. A dedicated support helpline means that you are only ever a phone call away from our technical team, and with service level agreements in place you always know what to expect.

As a part of our commitment to our customers all of our staff are security checked and our support engineers are DBS checked; meaning that they can work with vulnerable groups, including children.

We have also been awarded the ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 27001 : 2013 certifications by QMS International Ltd. These are internationally recognised certifications for quality and information security and are recognised worldwide, verifying our commitment to delivering a high level of quality and security practices to all of our customers.
